At the Idul Fitri 1431H, I had a new experience. It was my first mudik. Two days before Idul Fitri, I and my husband went to our home at Gresik. For the first journey we passed Krian to go to Gresik. The view was interested. I enjoyed our journey. The street was ride down. It made our journey very interested. We came Gresik at twelve o'clock. After that I got rest. My husband talked with our grandmother who stayed at our home at Gresik alone.
At the tomorrow, we cleaned a lot of glasses, plate, and the other things to prepare to welcome our guest. We went to market to buy marjan syrup and candies. We didn't buy cake because our grandmother made a lot of traditional cakes like satron, gepet, kripik pisang, kripik tempe, jumput, rempeyek and the other. She prepared a lot of cakes in the unique toples. The unique toples was very big and made from glass. It was made me remembered when I was children. There were many of unique toples. It was very interested. I like ate satron. It was very delicious.
We enjoyed our vacation at Gresik. Every morning we walked around Bengawan Solo river. It behind our home. The view was interested. There were a lot of plants around the river, fishes and the other. There was dam around the river. So we must ride the dam to looked water of the river. The dam used for prevent flood.
